As we expand into the UK market, we are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager / Director to play a pivotal role in establishing our presence and driving growth.


The Role

This is a foundational hire for our UK expansion. You will be responsible for developing and executing our go-to-market strategy, with a strong focus on building long-term, strategic relationships with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs).

You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy, acting as both a strategic leader and hands-on sales professional - identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and closing high-value deals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a UK sales strategy aligned with global objectives
  • Build, nurture, and manage relationships with UK DNOs and key stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities within the grid, utilities, and energy sectors
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from initial engagement through to contract close
  • Collaborate with product, technical, and leadership teams to tailor solutions to market needs
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Provide market insights to inform product development and positioning


About You

  • Proven track record in B2B sales within the energy, utilities, or grid technology sector
  • Strong existing network and experience working with UK DNOs
  • Experience selling software, SaaS, or digital solutions into complex organisations
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
