Job description
We are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant – New Business to drive high-value opportunities through a consultative, solution-led B2B sales approach within the energy and consultancy sector.
You will focus on building and converting a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities, delivering tailored solutions that provide clear commercial value and return on investment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and convert a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Deliver tailored proposals with clear ROI and commercial value
- Identify and target key accounts within priority sectors
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting
- Work closely with technical teams on complex solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor in client interactions
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in B2B consultative or solution sales
- Strong track record in new business development and closing deals
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders or C-level clients
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stage sales processes
- Strong commercial acumen and ownership of pipeline performance
- Experience in energy, utilities, or technical services
- Exposure to agriculture, food production, or industrial sectors (desirable)
