Job description
Direct Sales Executive - Global
Insignia is a leading global provider of elite lifestyle management, concierge services, and financial solutions for high-net-worth individuals. With an established presence in key global markets, Insignia delivers bespoke experiences, premium services, and exclusive access to its discerning clientele. We are now expanding our global footprint and are seeking dynamic, entrepreneurial sales executives to aid our growth.
Position Overview
The Direct Sales Executive will acquire and develop ultra-high-net-worth individual (UHNWI) relationships through a high-trust, high-touch commercial approach.
The role is responsible for building a qualified pipeline, converting prospects through a premium consultative process, and coordinating a personalized onboarding experience in close partnership with internal onboarding and compliance teams. Success requires deep product and objection handling training, disciplined pipeline execution and immediate qualification and closing skills (prospects are often a one-shot opportunity).
- Develop and execute a pipeline plan with clear weekly activity and conversion targets.
- Source qualified prospects through trusted networks, introducers, strategic partners, and high-calibre events.
- Enable premium discovery meetings to diagnose needs (privacy, service expectations, lifestyle, and financial preferences) and qualify fit.
- Present Insignia’s value proposition credibly and consistently, tailored to the client’s context, without discounting premium positioning.
- Manage objections with composure (fees, privacy, onboarding requirements, ‘why Insignia’ comparisons) and progress deals to decision.
- Coordinate onboarding with internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless, compliant client experience.
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene: accurate updates, follow-ups, and reporting cadence.
- Protect brand integrity through disciplined qualification, ethical conduct, and confidentiality always.
Qualifications and experience
- Proven sales track record in premium, relationship-led environments (e.g., private banking, luxury services, UHNW advisory, premium membership models).
- Demonstrated ability to source leads through trusted networks and introducers; comfort operating in an invitation-led context.
- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to create tailored proposals and deliver polished presentations.
- Comfort working with structured processes (CRM, pipeline stages, reporting cadence) in a target-driven environment.
- High integrity, discretion, and professionalism; able to operate confidently with senior stakeholders and demanding clients.
- Language skills aligned to the market (English required; other languages are beneficial).
Working style and mindset
- Client-first, service-oriented approach with premium standards.
- Calm under pressure; resilient and tactful with strong personalities.
- Collaborative and proactive across functions (sales, compliance, ops, concierge, leadership).
- Disciplined follow-through: closes loops, meets commitments, and communicates clearly.
