Up to £30,000

Location: London, Hoxton area

Hybrid - 3 days in, 2 days WFH


About the Company

Our client is an established creative agency working across food and drink brands, with a strong focus on partnerships and promotional campaigns. They are known for producing work that you can genuinely see in-store and out in the world, while offering a supportive, well-structured agency environment.


The Role

This is a hands-on Account Executive role supporting key FMCG accounts. You will work closely with a Senior Account Director and a fellow AE, managing day-to-day activity, owning smaller briefs and helping deliver campaigns from briefing through to final delivery.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the management of key FMCG client accounts
  • Take client briefs, clarify requirements and translate them into clear briefs for creative and design teams
  • Manage smaller projects independently, including POS and key visual work
  • Coordinate with studio and project management to ensure smooth delivery
  • Manage costs, estimates, approvals and invoicing processes
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and written confirmation of scope
  • Build confident, professional relationships with clients and partners
  • Support forecasting, planning and budget tracking for your accounts


About You

  • At least one year of experience in an account management role, ideally within a creative or design agency
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and managing calls without constant supervision
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and confident juggling multiple projects
  • Strong written communication skills and good commercial awareness
  • Genuinely interested in FMCG brands and partnership-led work


Nice to Haves

  • Experience working across marketing communications, advertising or promotional campaigns
  • Exposure to partnerships, entertainment or promotional brand collaborations
  • Previous experience briefing creative teams or studios
