Microsoft Sales Specialist

Cloud Decisions is looking for a Microsoft Sales Specialist

Job description

Microsoft Sales Specialist

Up to £85,000 + Double OTE

This is one for someone who knows Microsoft sales isn’t just about licences and logos.

It's an opportunity to join a Microsoft Solutions Partner with 5 Solution Partner Designations and MISA Membership, a strong reputation, a people-first culture, and real momentum in the market.

You'll be leading opportunities across Azure, Microsoft Modern Work and Security, and managed IT, within a IT Services business that is investing heavily in their Microsoft-first proposition.

For the right person, this is a chance to step into a specialist position where they can influence deals, shape customer outcomes and work across some of the most in-demand areas of the Microsoft stack from Modern Workplace and Azure through to Security, Copilot and Power Platform.

The Role

We're looking for a Microsoft Sales Specialist to support the wider sales team as the Microsoft subject matter lead.

They’ll be expected to:

  • Identify, qualify and progress Microsoft-led sales opportunities
  • Support deals from early-stage prospecting through to close
  • Present Microsoft solutions in a clear, commercially relevant way
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, including senior decision-makers
  • Create proposals and quotations that are accurate, well-structured and outcome-led
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide reliable forecasting updates
  • Work closely with sales, presales, marketing and partner teams on joint opportunities
  • Help shape tailored Microsoft solutions across standalone and cross-divisional deals

What you'll bring...

  • Experience in a similar B2B technology sales role
  • Experience selling Modern Workplace, Security, Azure, Copilot or Power Platform solutions
  • A track record of owning a full sales cycle and closing business
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Knowledge of Microsoft licensing and cloud adoption journeys
  • Experience within an MSP, Microsoft partner or similar environment
  • A consultative approach and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Confidence presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Microsoft certifications across Microsoft 365, Azure or AI
  • Prior hands-on technical exposure to Microsoft solutions

Why Apply?

  • Bonus scheme and strong benefits package
  • Opportunity to specialise in a high-growth Microsoft sales brief
  • Broad solution set with genuine cross-sell potential
  • Strong employer brand and positive internal culture
  • Learning and development support
  • Chance to make visible impact in a growth-focused business

If they enjoy solution-led Microsoft sales and want a role with more influence, more variety and more room to grow, this is well worth a conversation.
