Role Responsibilities

Greeting and seating guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

Managing reservations, walk-ins, and guest flow to ensure smooth service.

Communicating confidently in Italian and English with guests and colleagues.

Taking orders accurately and supporting the team during busy periods.

Handling enquiries, payments, and guest feedback with care and confidence.

Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting front-of-house area.

Requirements

Fluent Italian speaker with strong English communication skills.

Previous front-of-house or restaurant experience.

Confident, personable, and calm under pressure.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

A positive, team-focused attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
