Key criteria

– Degree in Electrical Engineering (minimum 2:2 by September 2026)

– Understanding of power systems, control systems, or instrumentation

– Strong organisation and prioritisation skills

– High attention to detail

– Interest in infrastructure and engineering projects

– Willingness to travel across Wales when required

– Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)


What you’ll be doing

You’ll join the Engineering team supporting major capital investment projects, working alongside experienced engineers and contractors to deliver projects from concept through to completion.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in:

– Power systems and electrical infrastructure

– Control systems and instrumentation

– Project delivery and coordination

– Planned and reactive engineering projects


You’ll be involved in ensuring projects are delivered:

– On time

– Within budget

– To high quality and safety standards
