Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Manager – Europe (UK/Ireland) at FQE Power. In this role, you will identify, develop, and manage strategic business opportunities in the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, identifying market trends, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and regional agents to ensure the successful delivery of the company's solutions. The role requires frequent engagement with senior stakeholders and travel within the assigned territory.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in business development, sales strategies, and client relationship management
  • Strong knowledge of power plant commissioning, engineering, or the energy sector, including familiarity with gas-fired, steam, and industrial power applications
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities in diverse regional settings
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English, with multilingual skills considered an asset
  • Willingness to travel as required within the United Kingdom, Ireland, the EU, and internationally
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is a bonus
