Clinical Sales Manager UK - Minimally Invasive Surgery
An established and rapidly growing medical technology organisation is seeking a Clinical Sales Manager to lead its UK clinical field team supporting advanced minimally invasive surgical technology.
This is a leadership role focused on driving clinical adoption, utilisation growth, and capability development across NHS accounts.
The position offers the opportunity to shape how a developing commercial function evolves, working closely with both clinical stakeholders and senior internal leadership.
The role
You will lead a national team responsible for supporting clinical adoption and increasing procedural utilisation within existing hospital accounts.
The team operates within the operating theatre environment, working closely with surgeons, clinical teams, and hospital decision-makers to ensure technology is successfully integrated into clinical pathways.
Key responsibilities include:
• leading and developing a national clinical field team
• improving commercial capability and performance discipline
• supporting structured account planning and utilisation growth
• driving consistency of approach across regions
• supporting hiring and development of future team members
• working closely with senior stakeholders within hospitals
• contributing to the evolution of the UK commercial structure
Candidate profile
We are particularly interested in individuals with experience in environments connected to minimally invasive surgery and operating theatre-based technologies.
Strong candidates typically demonstrate:
• experience leading or mentoring clinical or commercial teams
• understanding of operating room dynamics and clinical workflows
