This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will oversee the onboarding of new clients, collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. The Account Manager will play a key role in identifying opportunities to enhance client services while maintaining strong and positive partner relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Proficient in relationship management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- Experience in project management and coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and manage time efficiently
- Experience in the education sector or digital platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
