What do the company do?

This business are a business operations consultancy who support clients to review in what areas a business is, or isn't, performing. They'll help these companies to find inefficiencies or problems that can waste time or money, help redesign processes to improve productivity and coach managers to continue making improvements once the consultants are finished.

What will you do as a sales executive?

Joining the sales team your responsibility will be to be research potential new clients before engaging with decision makers through calls, emails and LinkedIn messages.

As you start to build relationships with decision makers, senior members of the sales team will join process to close deals - giving you the opportunity to earn commission for every deal closed that you've set up.

Along the way you'll receive access to a comprehensive training and development programme to turn you from an entry level candidate to a fully fledged sales professional, with clear career progression pathways opening up as you start to develop.
