An established and highly respected financial services organisation is seeking a Wealth Relationship Manager to join its growing wealth and investor servicing function in London.


This role is ideal for an experienced wealth professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, growing assets under management, and working with high‑net‑worth investors in a regulated environment.


The Role

As a Wealth Relationship Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of high‑value clients (typically £250k+ investable assets), providing ongoing guidance, support and oversight to help retain and grow assets over time. You’ll combine relationship management, sales, coaching and portfolio discussions to deliver an outstanding client experience.


You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across telephone and servicing teams, playing a key role in developing strong referral flows and ensuring clients receive a consistent, high‑quality service across all touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, retain and grow a portfolio of high‑value private clients
  • Deliver personalised consultations covering portfolio planning and asset allocation using internal guidance tools
  • Identify asset‑gathering and sales opportunities through proactive client engagement
  • Support new wealth clients in onboarding and understanding services
  • Promote digital and online channels to enhance client experience
  • Collaborate with and support associate and telephone-based teams, including coaching where appropriate
  • Ensure all client interactions meet regulatory and compliance standards
  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking
  • Commit to ongoing professional development and regulatory training


Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven success in financial services sales and client servicing roles
  • Experience within a wealth management or investment environment
  • Strong background managing or servicing high‑net‑worth clients
  • Level 4 qualified (RDR)
  • Solid understanding of risk, compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Strong investment knowledge and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building and organisational skills
  • Proactive, self‑motivated and client‑focused mindset
