FJDynamics is a fast-growing robotics company bringing affordable automation and precision technology to agriculture. We work closely with dealers and farmers across the UK to deploy practical solutions that improve productivity in the field.
We are looking for a hands-on Sales Engineer (Agricultural Technology) to support business growth in the UK market. This role combines technical expertise and commercial responsibility, working closely with dealers and customers to drive adoption of precision farming solutions.
What You Will Do
• Support sales activities by providing technical expertise during pre-sales and customer engagements
• Conduct product demonstrations of precision agriculture retrofit kits and smart farming systems
• Work closely with dealers and channel partners to identify opportunities and close deals
• Provide on-site support for system setup, configuration, and customer onboarding when needed
• Act as the technical bridge between customers, dealers, and internal product/engineering teams
• Deliver training sessions to dealer sales and technical teams on product features and applications
• Gather market feedback and customer insights to support product improvement and positioning
• Assist in pilot projects, field trials, and solution validation with key customers
• Prepare technical proposals, installation guidance, and sales support documentation
What We Are Looking For
• Background in agricultural machinery, farm equipment, precision agriculture, or related industries
• Experience working with or selling through dealers, distributors, OEMs, or agricultural service networks
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical/electrical systems (e.g. GPS, auto-steering, ISOBUS, or similar systems is a plus)
• Proven ability to support sales processes or customer-facing technical discussions
• Comfortable working in a field-based role with regular travel across the UK
• Strong communication skills with a customer- and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Fluent English required (additional European languages are a plus)
• Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom
