Role Overview
Seeking a Software Quality Engineer with ASPICE experience to drive quality across automotive software development and supplier delivery. You will ensure compliance, manage suppliers, and support successful software releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coach suppliers in line with quality standards and policies
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with ASPICE and regulatory requirements
- Define and manage SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics
- Resolve supplier quality and performance issues
- Mitigate risks by identifying alternative suppliers
- Lead critical software release workstreams (requirements, testing, defects)
- Provide clear status reporting to stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and manage complex challenges independently
Requirements
- Experience in automotive software quality engineering
- Strong knowledge of ASPICE
- Proven supplier management experience
- Ability to drive delivery and communicate effectively
Education & Certifications
- BSc in Engineering (required)
- PMP, SAFe, RACE, or ASPICE certifications (preferred)
