QA Team Lead

CONDUCTR is looking for a QA Team Lead

Job description

Conductr is seeking an experienced QA Team Lead to own, evolve and lead our Quality Assurance practice across a growing portfolio of bespoke interactive experiences and globally deployed products. You’ll be hands-on when needed, while shaping the tools, strategy, and approach for a small but high-impact QA team.

This is a strategic and operational role perfect for someone with a proven QA mindset and the leadership skills to elevate testing across multiple platforms: web, mobile, game engine (Unity3D), OS (Windows/Linux), and physical tech environments.

About Us

CONDUCTR is a dynamic collective of designers, technologists, media experts, producers & engineers. The vision is simple - fuse the creativity of a design studio, with the innovation of a tech lab, to create a one-stop shop for extraordinary guest-centric, 360 attraction experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with Producers, Software Engineers, Media and Engineering teams across multiple projects
  • Own and evolve QA processes, test strategies, and best practices
  • Support agile processes and release planning where QA involvement adds value
  • Drive adoption of tools like TestRail and Jira, and introduce automation capability into the QA workflow
  • Champion quality across both custom client solutions and long-term product offerings

You should have

  • Strong experience in QA leadership with a track record of improving quality across teams and platforms
  • Deep familiarity with manual testing practices, including writing test cases, exploratory testing, and regression testing
  • Confidence with tools like TestRail and Jira; capable of evaluating and introducing automation frameworks and CI practices into company processes.
  • Comfort working across multiple platforms and technologies (web, mobile, Unity3D, Windows/Linux, embedded or custom hardware)
  • A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable leadership style you’re a coach, a strategist, and willing to roll up your sleeves to support your team
  • An openness to innovate, explore new tools, and drive continuous improvement

It would be great if you have

  • Experience testing in the entertainment, experiential, or interactive tech sectors
  • Knowledge of automation frameworks
  • Familiarity with CI/CD environments and shift-left testing approaches
