Senior Mechanical Estimator

This is a rare chance to join one of the UK's leading retail building services specialists, a business that has spent over two decades transforming empty shells into the large-scale stores you'll recognise from every high street and retail park in the country. We're talking full M&E, fit-out, displays, and fixtures delivered at pace and at scale, with a client book of national chains and a project footprint stretching across the UK, Europe, and Australia.

They're growing, they're ambitious, and they need an experienced Mechanical Estimator to take ownership of HVAC cost planning across some genuinely impressive projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Building detailed cost estimates for mechanical scopes, managing risk and applying contingencies where needed
• Running the full tender cycle from initial enquiry through to submission
• Sourcing and benchmarking subcontractor quotes, keeping pricing sharp and scope watertight

What you'll need:

• Estimating experience across HVAC — heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or any combination of the three
• Solid working knowledge of mechanical specifications

The package is strong and structured to reflect the seniority of the role, with a car allowance on top. It's a hybrid position with minimal travel required.
