Key Responsibilities as a Deputy Store Manager
Support the Store Manager to:

• Lead all aspects of retail store operations, ensuring success across sales, service, and team development.
• Drive sales performance, customer engagement, and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee stock management, merchandising, and store presentation to company standards.
• Manage staff scheduling to maintain efficiency and service levels.
• Analyse store performance and report key metrics to senior management.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, health & safety, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a Deputy Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
• A proven track record of achieving KPIs and driving commercial success.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
