Family Associate (3–7 PQE) – Top Tier Firm | Central London | £95,000+
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Family Associate (3–7 PQE) to join a top-tier London firm renowned for its market-leading private client and family practice.
This is a rare chance to work within a highly ranked team advising on complex, high-value matters for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, including entrepreneurs, international families, and high-profile clients.
The Role
You will play a key role in advising on a broad range of sophisticated family law matters, including:
- High-value financial remedy proceedings
- Complex jurisdictional disputes and forum issues
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Private children matters, often with an international dimension
- Cohabitation and wealth protection strategies
The work is intellectually challenging, often involving multi-jurisdictional elements, trusts, business assets, and reputationally sensitive cases.

You will join a highly respected and discreet team known for handling some of the most complex and high-profile family matters in the market. The team offers a genuinely collaborative environment with strong partner access and excellent support for career progression.
Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years’ PQE gained at a leading regional, City, or international firm
- Strong technical grounding in family law, particularly financial remedies
- Experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Excellent client handling skills and a high level of discretion
- A commercial, solutions-focused approach
