Based in a picturesque studio, this team of 25 works across luxury residential and hospitality design. The studio is known to develop and reward their team. They offer two days working from home

The Opportunity

At this prestigious studio, you will manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring all details reflect the studio’s refined vision. With expertise in classic and curated furniture, including bespoke vintage pieces, you’ll create bespoke designs and seamlessly integrate high-end, niche references. You’ll oversee the design process, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate FF&E sourcing and installation, ensuring the highest standards throughout.

Mentoring and inspiring colleagues, you will foster creativity and excellence within the team. With broad interior and architectural knowledge, you’ll ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the studio’s timeless, evolving style and reputation for luxurious interiors.

They are particularly keen to meet designers with hospitality experience, as this is an area they are continuing to grow into, with a number of projects currently underway, including work on existing well-known projects.

The Candidate

• Lead high-end residential and hospitality projects from concept to completion.
• Oversee project timelines, client budgets, and overall delivery.
• Strong across concept, FF&E, technical detailing, and on-site coordination.
• Confidently lead client relationships and presentations at every stage.
• Collaborate with directors to deliver refined, layered interiors.
• Manage and mentor design teams, upholding quality and studio standards.
