Job description

Our client, an exciting and rapidly growing luxury Direct-to-Consumer start up, is looking for an experienced DTC Senior Sales Manager to drive international expansion and growth.



Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, partners and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships to expand market reach
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to optimise sales strategies and improve performance
  • Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Represent at pop ups, industry events, trade shows to promote band awareness


You:


  • A proven background in at least one high growth Direct to Consumer start up
  • Solid track record in sales leadership roles, preferably within the luxury or premium industry
  • International experience
  • Strong understanding of D2C and digital marketing strategies
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data- driven decisions
  • Proven experience managing a high performing team
