They’re looking for an Ecommerce Manager to own and drive performance across D2C and marketplace channels, with a major focus on taking both Shopify and Amazon to the next level. This role needs someone commercially sharp, hands-on and confident making decisions that directly influence revenue, trading performance and customer growth. Amazon experience is absolutely key, you’ll need to have genuinely owned Amazon performance before, from listings and optimisation through to trading, promotions, content and channel growth. If you love the pace of scaling brands, spotting opportunities quickly, and building momentum across ecommerce channels, this is a brilliant one to get stuck into.

The ideal person will be someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves taking ownership and enjoys balancing strategy with day-to-day execution. You’ll be naturally commercial, highly analytical and confident using data to make decisions quickly. They need someone who can spot what needs improving, act on it, and keep pushing for growth, someone who knows what great looks like across ecommerce and has the energy to build it. Shopify confidence is important, but equally this needs to be someone who already understands what success on Amazon really takes and can bring that experience straight into a scaling business.
