Internal Sales & Administration Assistant - Kilrea - Permanent


An opportunity has arisen to join a busy and supportive team in Kilrea as an Internal Sales & Administration Assistant. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support to the internal sales function while carrying out general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations and a high level of customer service.


About this role:

  • £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday
  • Permanent role


What you'll be doing in this role:

  • Perform general office administration tasks.
  • Maintain organised filing systems (digital and paper).
  • Assist with data entry and updating company databases
  • Liaise with customers regarding order status, delivery times, and product information.
  • Support the sales team in following up quotations and customer communications.
  • Provide professional and friendly communication with customers.
  • Respond to customer queries and direct them to the appropriate department when necessary.


What you'll need for this role:

  • Good organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, email, CRM systems).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and good time management
