The Role - Part time


We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations for a local Belfast Software House. This is a key role ensuring the office runs efficiently and providing administrative support across the wider team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general office operations and maintain a well-organised workspace
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documents
  • Book travel and events
  • Provide general administrative support to the CTO and COO


About You

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A positive, can-do attitude and team player
  • BONUS - Project Management experience
