The Role - Part time
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations for a local Belfast Software House. This is a key role ensuring the office runs efficiently and providing administrative support across the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general office operations and maintain a well-organised workspace
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Book travel and events
- Provide general administrative support to the CTO and COO
About You
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive, can-do attitude and team player
- BONUS - Project Management experience
