Job description
I’m partnering with a global manufacturer to appoint a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the South-East industrial sector.
This role centres on high-performance interconnect solutions used in a wide range of industrial applications, including automation, machinery, robotics, and equipment. It offers a balance of strategic account development and proactive new business generation within a technical, solution-driven environment.
You will take full ownership of the region, creating and executing structured growth plans, strengthening relationships with existing OEMs, distributors, and end users, while identifying new opportunities across the industrial landscape. Collaboration with distribution partners and internal engineering teams will be key to supporting design-in activity and securing long-term project wins.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive sustainable growth across the UK industrial market
- Develop and expand stakeholder relationships across the South-East
- Work closely with distribution partners to maximise regional coverage
- Support customers through specification, design-in, and application phases
Requirements:
- Background in technical sales
- Degree in Electronic Engineering preferred
- Experience working with OEMs or industrial/manufacturing customers
- Commercially driven, proactive, and comfortable managing a field-based territory
