Job description

We are working with a growing and forward-thinking business within the automotive industry, looking to add a driven Sales Executive to their team.


This is a commercially focused role where you’ll take ownership of both existing accounts and new business development, with genuine opportunity to progress into a Sales Manager position as the business continues to grow.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts
  • Identify and win new business opportunities
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Carry out customer visits and follow-ups
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales reports
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales or business development (automotive / engineering ideal)
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Target-driven with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to manage your own workload and pipeline
  • Ambition to progress into a senior / management role
  • Full UK driving licence
