Principal Recruitment Consultant – Manufacturing & Operations (Perms)

The Opportunity

• Own and grow a Manufacturing & Operations perm desk
• Work with an established client base across the UK
• Focus on quality, high-value placements rather than KPI-driven noise
• Be part of a close-knit, high-performing office culture
• Play a key role in shaping strategy, mentoring consultants, and driving growth
