Summary:

Our Commercial Banking client is expanding its digital delivery capability and is hiring a number of Power Platform Developers to support a growing portfolio of automation and customer-centric solutions.

These roles will play a key part in designing and delivering scalable applications and workflow automation using Microsoft Power Platform. This is an opportunity to work in a regulated enterprise environment where your solutions will directly improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

The Role

As a Power Platform Developer, you will:

• Design and build solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate
• Integrate solutions with enterprise systems and data sources
• Apply governance, security and best practice within a regulated banking environment
• Collaborate with Delivery Leads, Product Owners and SMEs to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Ensure robust testing, documentation and deployment standards

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps
• Proven experience building flows in Power Automate
• Experience integrating with APIs, SharePoint, Dataverse or enterprise data sources
• Understanding of solution lifecycle management and environments
• Experience working within structured delivery frameworks
• Strong stakeholder communication skills

Desirable:

• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot / AI-enhanced development
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services
• Understanding of governance and controls in regulated environments
