Warehouse Supervisor

Double day shifts

6am-2pm & 2pm – 10pm

Job Description

• Lead and promote a strong Health & Safety culture, ensuring compliance with warehouse procedures and safe working practices.

• Lead the warehouse team on shift to achieve high levels of dispatch accuracy and customer satisfaction.

• Supervise team members, directing daily activities and managing performance, attendance, and training needs.

• Ensure all dispatch documentation and customs paperwork are completed accurately and provided to carriers at the point of loading.

• Ensure all loads are dispatched on time in full while supporting continuous improvement within warehouse operations.

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing teams within a warehouse or logistics environment.

• Strong attention to detail with good numerical skills to ensure stock and system accuracy.

• Good working knowledge of warehouse systems and general computer literacy.

• Understanding of warehouse processes including FIFO, housekeeping standards (5S), and Health & Safety.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
