Working Pattern

  • Full-time position
  • Resident shift pattern (typically 24–25 hour shifts)
  • 7 x 25-hour shifts in a monthly-cycle
  • Fewer working days with concentrated clinical exposure

Package

  • Highly competitive salary aligned to senior registrar level within the private sector
  • Enhanced pay structure reflective of the resident shift pattern
  • Generous annual leave entitlement
  • Private healthcare cover
  • Pension scheme
  • Paid indemnity cover
  • Support with GMC fees and mandatory training
  • Sponsorship and relocation support available, where required
  • Access to a high-quality clinical working environment and facilities
  • Opportunity for contract extension and longer-term career development within the private sector

Apply

This is a rare and highly selective opportunity suited to senior clinicians seeking a move into the private sector or a more balanced working model. Due to the level of responsibility, only candidates meeting the above criteria will be considered. Email your CV to deborah.hunter@cpl.com
