Creative Producer


Our client is an exciting, future-focused and growing B Corp brand experience agency based in Farnham, Surrey (office 3-4 days a week)


We are looking for a Top Creative Events Producer who has previously worked at top Live events agency but looking to work outside of London (think along the lines of Imagination, Jack Morton or GPJ)

Their Live events range from one-day take overs, proprietary events, installations, exec dinners, digital activations, exec hospitality and more for huge Tech brands.


Delivering breathtaking experiences (Live events) is your superpower, you love all things production and have a positive, collaborative approach at all times.

With a focus on creativity and operational excellence, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the company’s creative first approach to production, making significant contributions to their award-winning experiences.


As an intentionally tech-focused agency, we're ideally looking for your experience to include work with global technology brands (or similar)

You will be working across a portfolio of big Tech/Ai brands (mainly US based) so an understanding of dealing with clients in the states is an advantage.


Below are some of the things we are looking for from this role:

Specifics:


• You’ll lead on the creative production of your projects, working alongside the rest of the project & client experience teams to ensure clients requirements are met, as well as our creative vision

• You will oversee a variety of projects with the ability to switch between brand installations, experiential activations and digital experiences seamlessly, ensuring production budgets and timelines are approached with a composed, flexible and positive attitude when creatively problem solving

• You’ll deliver exceptional client service through clear communication and collaboration, internally and externally

• You have excellent supplier communication and negotiation skills, with an established ability to manage multiple work streams

• You’ll demonstrate a strong understanding of the creative process, recognising the importance of its strategic objectives as well as ensuring the commercial outputs are achieved

• You have a relentless attention to detail

• You have a genuine interest in emerging technologies and integrated trends


Experience:

5+ years relevant experience is desired
