Experience Needed
- To take ownership of design from pre-construction through delivery
- Protect specification and ensure schemes deliver on their original intent
- To Recognise when a scheme needs to go beyond standard solutions — and justify it
- Confidently challenge construction-led decisions where they compromise long-term value
- Bridging the gap between design ambition and buildability
- Experience working closely with senior stakeholders
