Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and fast-growing environmental services organisation, as they search for an Account Executive to join their fun and friendly commercial team whilst making a real tangible difference to the local environment.

The successful candidate will be a confident and driven communicator, looking to develop a long-term career in sales. Whether you already have experience or are looking to break into the industry, full training and ongoing support will be provided. There is starting salary on offer of c£28k plus commission offering an additional c£10k, plus a competitive holiday allowance, access to retail discount schemes and a discounted health plan.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a customer-facing role with an aptitude for sales preferred
• Confident and engaging communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated with a proactive mindset
• Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working towards KPIs

Roles & Responsabilities

• Proactively contact prospective clients via telephone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities
• Research and identify key decision-makers across target organisations, including Procurement, Operations, and Sustainability teams
• Qualify leads and book high-quality appointments for Business Development Managers
• Maintain accurate records across CRM systems (HubSpot), ensuring all activity and data is up to date
• Manage and develop a pipeline of leads through structured and consistent outreach
