Role overview
We are seeking a Technical Business Manager with strong Equity Derivatives experience and a hands-on technical background to support business and product expansion initiatives. This is not a BA role, but a commercially and technically driven position focused on enabling growth, driving new product development, and navigating regulatory and compliance impacts.
You will:
- Drive business and product expansion initiatives across Equity Derivatives
- Assess and deliver new product launches, including technical and operational readiness
- Analyse and manage regulatory and compliance impacts on trading, risk, and systems
- Act as a bridge between front office, technology, risk, and compliance teams
- Provide hands-on input into technical solutions, system changes, and implementation approaches
- Support strategic initiatives to enhance trading capabilities and platform scalability
You ideally have:
- Strong experience in Equity Derivatives within investment banking or trading environments
- Proven background in a technical, product, or business management role (not BA-focused)
- Hands-on understanding of trading systems, workflows, and technical architecture
- Experience delivering new products / business expansion initiatives
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance considerations
