Electrical Tutor (Engineering Training)

£37,000 – £42,000 + benefits

We’re looking for a passionate Electrical Tutor to join our clients growing training team and help shape the next generation of engineering talent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with industry experience in electrical or engineering who enjoys sharing their knowledge and supporting learners to succeed.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver engaging training across Level 2 & 3 engineering programmes

• Plan and develop course materials and lesson content

• Assess learner progress and provide clear, constructive feedback

• Support curriculum development and continuous improvement

• Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and compliance

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in electrical or engineering (teaching or industry)

• Knowledge of Level 2 & 3 programmes (e.g. NVQ, BTEC or similar)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A learner-focused, motivated approach

• Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
