Salary: £27,000 to £35,000 DOE

The Opportunity
A well-established and growing technical engineering business is looking to appoint an Internal Sales Executiveto join its busy commercial team. This Internal Sales Executive role is ideal for someone with some internal sales experience or an electrical qualification who is keen to build a long-term career within a specialist technical environment.

The Internal Sales Executive will play a key role in supporting customers, managing enquiries and ensuring orders are progressed efficiently. This Internal Sales Executive position offers genuine development, product training and progression into more technical or senior commercial roles over time.

The Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, supporting a wide range of technical products and solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing inbound sales enquiries via phone and email
• Providing customers with product information, pricing and availability
• Preparing quotations and processing customer orders
• Liaising with technical specialists and external sales teams
• Supporting customers with basic technical queries and product selection
• Building strong relationships with customers to maximise opportunities
• Maintaining accurate CRM and order records

About You

• Previous experience in an internal sales or technical support role
• Alternatively, an electrical or engineering qualification with strong commercial interest
• Confident communicator with a professional and customer-focused approach
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment
• Motivated, reliable and keen to develop technical product knowledge
