Yard Operative / A21 Wheeled Loader Driver – Abingdon (Radley) – Immediate Start

Looking for a hands-on role with long-term stability and great team support?

We're recruiting a Yard Operative with A21 Wheeled Loader licence to join a busy and growing operation in Radley, Abingdon. This is a key role supporting nationwide operations with consistent, ongoing work.

• C£15.50 - 23.25
• Weekly pay

• Monday to Friday
• Day shifts
• Overtime available

• Operating an A21 Wheeled Loader to move, load, and stack equipment
• Loading/unloading HGVs safely and efficiently
• Supporting the mat wash operation to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised yard
• Monitoring stock and reporting daily inventory (mats, pins, repairs)
• Carrying out equipment checks and reporting faults
• Following all health & safety procedures at all times

• Valid A21 Wheeled Loader ticket
• Valid CSCS card
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous yard / plant experience preferred
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
