Job Title:Welsh-Speaking Supply Teaching Assistant
Pay Rate:£14.24 per hour

Job Overview:
We are looking for a fluent Welsh-speaking Supply Teaching Assistant to support schools. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and confident in supporting pupils through the medium of Welsh across a variety of school settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering lessons through the medium of Welsh
• Assist pupils with their learning on a one-to-one or small group basis
• Promote the use of Welsh language in the classroom and wider school environment
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere
• Provide additional support for pupils with extra learning needs where required
• Adapt quickly to different schools and classroom environments

Requirements:

• Fluency in Welsh (essential)
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting (preferred)
• A positive, patient, and flexible approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
