We operate as a relationship-first firm, providing curated deal flow and direct access to our global network of family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and strategic investors.

The Opportunity

We are expanding our network and are seeking experienced Family Office Investors / Advisors to join the Nassau network.

This is not a traditional employment role, but an opportunity to gain direct access to high-quality, vetted deal flow and collaborate with a global capital markets platform.

What You’ll Get

Who We’re Looking For

Active member of a family office in an investing capacity (Principal, Director, CIO, Investment Manager, etc.)

Proven experience evaluating and executing private market investments

Strong interest in middle-market opportunities across growth sectors

Existing investment mandate or ability to allocate capital

Structure

Network-based relationship (non-exclusive)

Flexible level of involvement depending on interest and availability
