Channel Sales Specialist

AVATR Global Design Center is looking for a Channel Sales Specialist

Job description

Core Responsibilities:

1. Sales Target Management and Execution: Focus on sales work, complete dealer target decomposition and achievement monthly, directly responsible for KPIs including sales volume, network development, and lead acquisition.

2. Key Account and Financial Business: Responsible for key account development and maintenance, as well as the promotion and management of finance-related work.

3. Commercial Policy Formulation and Implementation: Develop and implement monthly and annual commercial policies, ensuring effective policy execution to support sales target achievement.

4. Dealer Daily Management and Empowerment: Responsible for daily dealer operations management, including sales process supervision, team training, inventory management, etc., to enhance overall dealer combat effectiveness.

5. Market Competitive Analysis and Strategy Adjustment: Continuously track regional market competitor dynamics, pricing strategies, and promotional activities, promptly adjusting sales strategies and commercial policies to maintain market competitiveness.

Job Requirements — UK:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

2. Work Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive sales or business development roles, including at least 3 years in UK markets. Experience with new energy vehicle brands or fleet business preferred.

3. Language Proficiency: Fluent English as working language, exceptional business English proficiency (Chinese is a plus).

4. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of European automotive market dynamics, dealer operations, and sales processes, with particular emphasis on the UK market.

5. Skills: Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, data-driven decision making ability, and proven track record of achieving sales targets.

6. Additional Requirements: Results-oriented mindset, ability to work under pressure, strong cross-cultural communication skills.

7. Willingness to business travel.
