Sales Development Manager
Up to £55k + 20% bonus , Car and Benefits
Home-based role with National travel
Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to have partnered with ITW Industrial Solutions to recruit a driven and commercially sharp Sales Development Manager to drive growth of the SCRUBS, and Easyline brands and product ranges across the UK builders merchant channel.
This role is responsible for driving sales of a diverse portfolio of products, building strong relationships with independent and national merchants, and identifying new opportunities to expand market share.
This is a National role and will require extensive National travel.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- A proven track record in sales and a strong network within UK builders merchants (national and independent)
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Demonstrates a desire to want to be in front of customers as much as possible and ability to build relationships with our customers (end-users and distribution partners).
- Self-starter with “go-get” attitude: able to initiate partner engagements, carry through plans, and drive results.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills: capable of training, influencing partners, and preparing business plans.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and in a fast-moving environment.
- Ideally experience in industrial trade / B2B / consumables category (advantageous).
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK
