Business Development & Part Of Initial Team: CUbd (Travel Tech Startup (stealth) looking to revolutionise travel is a good way and become a unicorn.)

A hugely exciting and disruptive Travel start up is launching this summer and is recruiting its small start up team! CUbd’s vision is to revolutionise travel in a beautiful way and become one of the global travel platforms.

The MVP is complete, and we are building the small team to take this to market and to grow it as quickly as possible!

The positions we seek span business development, consultancy, psychology, as well as being able to wear all sorts of hats as befits a start up.

Some of what we have to do:

-       Business Development: High energy and charisma spreading of the word and getting peoples’ buy in. This will include business to business and to consumer:

o  To get people buzzing about the business… to get them to sign up and to get their friends to sign up.

o  To get people in businesses to share with their clients where relevant.

o  To get businesses to post their products on our platform.

o  Guerilla and street marketing

o  Active and charismatic social media

-       Product Creation: Putting together attractive holidays to get people enthused. As well as a flair for exciting people with attractive options… the objective analytical aptitude to design products that the appeal to particular niches… not be blinded by what appeals to you.

-       Management Consultant: A consultants ability to get stuff done, but also to design processes in a very intelligent and efficient way in a fast growing travel business with a lot of administration, and a rapidly growing user base.

You: This advertised role is for the more salesy end of our requirements spectrum, but if you are very smart, and driven, and are inspired by getting in at the first stage in building a business which will change the world, let us know. This is a travel business… but the picture is bigger than that and the profile of person who loves big picture/world changing ideas is probably a better fit than simply a travel fanatic.

As is the case in all start ups we need to get a lot of stuff done, and the type of people we are looking for are self-starters who are driven and inspired by achieving amazing results and are happy to take on any job in the interests of “getting it done”.

You will find it hugely exciting to be cocreating a wave which will be the talk of London and beyond… and growing FAST.

 Our initial target market is 25-40 London, highest education/income demographic… so you need to feel you will be able to speak the language of this market well.
