This is a good one! Our client is a highly regarded independent strategic brand and innovation agency, working with some of the most recognisable consumer brands in the world. They are trusted partners, not just suppliers, known for smart strategy, standout creativity and long-term client relationships.

The Role

This senior client services role sits at the centre of the agency, giving you real ownership of projects and genuine influence with clients. You will lead work from brief to delivery, working closely with senior strategy and design talent on ambitious, high-profile brand projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of multiple projects with confidence and autonomy
  • Build strong, trusted client relationships and act as a key day-to-day contact
  • Take ownership of briefs, challenging and shaping them with strategy and design teams
  • Manage scopes, timelines, budgets and forecasting to a high standard
  • Run internal and external meetings, ensuring clarity, momentum and accountability
  • Spot risks early and proactively adjust plans to keep work on track
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and grow client accounts over time

The Ideal Person

  • An experienced Senior Account Manager stepping across, or a Junior Account Director who enjoys being hands-on or even an established brand-savvy Account Manager stepping up!
  • Confident running projects end-to-end and being a safe pair of hands for clients
  • Strategically curious, able to sense when something is not quite right and know how to move it forward
  • Naturally engaging, relationship-led and comfortable building trust quickly
  • Organised, commercially aware and calm under pressure
  • Someone with energy, hunger and spark, who wants to be part of something rather than just pass through
  • Lots of experience in brand, design, innovation, including exposure to FMCG and/or alcoholic drinks
  • Backgrounds in comms or brand activation a bonus, with a strong strategic mindset a must.

Why oh why?

  • Working with genuinely impressive, well-known brands on meaningful, strategy-led projects
  • Close collaboration with senior strategy and design leaders
  • An ego-free, supportive culture where people care about the work and each other
  • Clear scope to grow your career long term, not just make a sideways move

Or in other words you will have real responsibility, real client trust and the chance to shape brands that people actually recognise. This is not a role about managing process for the sake of it, it is about thinking, influencing and delivering work you can be proud of, alongside smart, motivated people. A great indie agency, lovely colleagues and a fashionable neighbourhood await!
