Insurance Audit Analyst (Hybrid-working role) – competitive salary to be advised
TurnStone Insurance and Reinsurance Services is recruiting a graduate to join its established team. TurnStone provides high-quality audit, claims and consulting services to clients in the insurance and reinsurance sectors. Based in the City of London, TurnStone provides services to 75 London market insurers whose business covers risks written primarily in the UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East.
This hybrid-working role is within a team responsible for the preparation for underwriting, claims, Coverholder and Delegated Claims Administrator reviews; including analysis of contracts, data analysis, risk assessments and identifying anomalies for further investigation.

The role includes exposure to a variety of areas of insurance including underwriting and claims, in a sizeable range of insurance products in multiple jurisdictions:
- Collation and analysis of data to develop an understanding of the level of risk for clients, enhance the focus of the reviews and identify area for further investigation;
- Internal and external written and verbal communication at all levels including senior and junior personnel;
- Collation of information for inclusion in client reports;
- Opportunity to take responsibility including leading the preparation of smaller reviews;
- Working as part of a team to deliver larger coordinated reviews;
- Use of a variety of Lloyd’s of London tools such as: ATLAS, DAM, Crystal and Risk Locator.
You have:
· Recently graduated with a minimum 2:1 (any degree subjects suitable).
· Strong analytical abilities and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
· A desire to develop knowledge in multiple lines of business, products and jurisdictions;
· An inquisitive nature;
· Good verbal and written communication skills which are required to coordinate preparation for reviews with senior clients and staff members;
· Good organisational skills to ensure that tasks can be prioritised, and deadlines can be met;
· A precise attention to detail;
· The ability to work in a team or on your own, while meeting clients’ strict reporting timeframes and quality requirements.
· A constructive, questioning mindset—someone who challenges the status quo and seeks efficiency through practical, creative problem‑solving.
