The Role: Sales Development Specialist

As a Sales Development Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of the sales team, responsible for driving growth by generating new business opportunities in the public sector.


Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Proactively reaching out to potential clients via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email
  • Engaging key decision-makers to understand their challenges and present tailored solutions
  • Qualifying leads and booking meetings for the wider sales team
  • This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build a successful career in B2B sales.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience working with or selling into the public sector
  • Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • A naturally curious mindset with a positive, proactive approach
  • A hunger to succeed and grow in a sales-focused career
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player who’s open to learning and continuous improvement
