  • You’ll be working closely with bid and sales colleagues, marketing, legal, finance teams, regional Operations managers, and other team members to enhance service offerings.
  • You’ll prepare, research, produce, and submit all bid and tender documentation promptly. You’ll ensure submissions through traditional and electronic procurement portal delivery channels.
  • You’ll keep a keen eye on all relevant tender portals, identifying suitable commercial opportunities for both Stericycle and Shred-it brands.
  • You’ll use SFDC and other company-defined IT systems to manage pipelines, report activity, and communicate both internally and externally in a professional manner.
  • You’ll develop and maintain a comprehensive information database, including case studies, customer references, and essential 'boiler plate' information.

To succeed in this role:#

  • You have 2+ years of experience in bid writing/management.
  • You have good knowledge and understanding of Bid Management; any bid management professional qualifications or certifications (e.g., APMP) will be a plus.
  • You can demonstrate team working and engagement skills.
  • You have strong organizational/planning skills with the ability to multitask and meet demanding deadlines effectively under pressure without supervision.
