Account Manager / Partnership Manager – Hospitality / QSR

Market Leading Fast Casual Dining Brand

Up to £60k+ basic salary + bonus + package

London (Office Based)

Your experience

Within the hospitality sector, you will currently be assessing new sales opportunities, new revenue streams, managing the current delivery platform partners and aggregators or looking at driving the click and collect model to even further heights.
Working for a third party aggregator in the food delivery space, you have a track record of sourcing and signing up new restaurants and the on-going management of the accounts through the use of date, analytics and customer information to improve their performance
You are a delivery and operations expert who knows how to build, scale and optimise last-mile networks.
Using your sharp analytical skills and data driven mindset, you are equally comfortable designing strategy, removing bottle necks, managing 3rd parties, managing multiple projects and when needed rolling your sleeves in the busy restaurants.
You will have been in high growth environments such as a 3rd party aggregator or you will have been corporate side managing a company owned fleet and have experience of being an account manager dealing with the 3rd party aggregators, as a stakeholder.

Day to day

You will be:-

Building and scaling our clients owned delivery network across the UK
Analysing and reporting on speed, accuracy, availability and customer satisfaction metrics
Developing delivery SOPs, playbooks, and operational standards for all restaurants.
Manage relationships with courier partners, fleet providers, and delivery tech platforms.
Analyse delivery data to spot problems, unlock opportunities, and drive improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Tech, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
Drive cost efficiency and margin improvement across all delivery channels.
