Temporary - 3 months - Full Time - Monday to Friday - 08.30 - 17.00

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a temporary Finance Assistant to join their busy finance team. This is a varied role sitting within a fast-paced environment, supporting day-to-day financial operations and production administration. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working with numbers, and are looking to build a career in finance, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key responsibilities
- Processing and managing accounts payable transactions accurately and on time
- Handling production administration duties to support the wider team
- Processing customer orders efficiently and ensuring records are up to date
- Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to resolve any queries
- Supporting general finance and administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts-based role is desirable
- Studying towards ACCA (part-qualified or first year) would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and good numerical ability
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Good communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
