TheRole:

• Deliverpre-plannedlessonsandsupportwhole-classlearningwhenrequired
• Providetargetedsmallgroupandone-to-oneinterventionsupport
• Assistwithlessonpreparation,classroommanagement,andassessmentactivities
• Supportpupilswithvaryinglearningneeds,includingSEN
• Maintainapositive,safe,andinclusivelearningenvironment
• Followschoolpoliciesandsafeguardingprocedures
