About the Role:

As a Screen Clinical Pharmacist, you will utilise your skills as a medicines expert to help identify patients in need of pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions in Primary Care.

What Your Role Will Involve:

·       Delivering face-to-face asthma and COPD reviews, recommending evidence-based therapy adjustments in line with current clinical guidelines, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and enhance patients’ quality of life and health outcomes.

·       Undertaking medicines optimisation reviews to ensure practices adhere to clinical governance standards and prescribe in accordance with the NI Formulary.

·       Supporting and delivering a wide range of clinical services, including (but not limited to) self-monitoring of blood glucose, osteoporosis and vitamin D management, pen needle provision, and respiratory care (COPD and asthma).

PSNI registration

Full UK Driving License and access to a car
