Electrical Design Manager (Hybrid)
Escape Recruitment is partnering with a global engineering organisation to appoint an Electrical Design Manager within their product design team.
This is a high-impact leadership role operating at the forefront of electrical design technology.
You will:
- Lead development of next-generation electrical systems
- Contribute to intellectual property creation
- Partner with globally recognised OEMs on joint venture programmes
- Collaborate with international engineering teams across multiple platforms
- Deliver large-scale future-focused programmes shaping industry direction
- Support urgent “engineering now” requirements to optimise products already in the field

We are seeking:
- Degree qualified Electrical Engineer
- Strong background in the design of electrical systems and products
- Technical leadership experience - either at supervisory or management level
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, cross-functional global projects
